Fundamentals of Employment Visas - Individual

The Fundamentals of Employment Visa course is an entry-level view on the subject of US employment immigration. By following three actual cases, the course takes the participant through the most common employment immigration scenarios.

The learning objectives are:

• Understand key immigration terms and concepts and with their definitions
• Recall the key laws, regulations and federal agencies that govern employment-based immigration
• Identify key considerations when hiring a foreign national
• Identify employer responsibilities related to wages, reporting requirements, and audits
